Order Processing

We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we always strive to avoid that). You will receive an email with the order status once your order has shipped.

Shipping - USA

ORDERS OVER $35 TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES SHIP FOR FREE.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Missouri. For standard delivery (USPS First Class), please allow 1-3 business days for West Coast deliveries and 2-4 business days for deliveries to the East Coast (this includes warehouse order processing). Orders over $35 ship for free, only to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. This offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping - International

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP VIA UPS, FEDEX & USPS.

International express courier takes 3-7 business days for most regions. Shipping rates depend on your region and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order.

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.
